My Signature Treatment is a completely bespoke session built around how your body feels on the day. Depending on what I find and what you'd like help with, I can draw from lymphatic drainage, myofascial techniques and therapeutic bodywork rather than sticking rigidly to one style of massage.
Because sometimes your body doesn't fit neatly into a treatment menu.

Hi, I'm Laura
I'm a massage and bodywork therapist with a particular interest in the lymphatic system, fascia and the way different systems within the body influence how we feel.
The Garden Studio grew from my belief that treatments shouldn't always fit neatly into boxes. A tight shoulder might not simply need a harder massage. Feeling puffy doesn't necessarily mean we only look at the area that feels swollen. Jaw tension can involve far more than the jaw.
I like to look at the bigger picture.
That's why my treatments are personalised, and why I often combine techniques rather than following the same routine for every person who walks through the door.
The Garden Studio is a private treatment space in Winton, Bournemouth, created to offer expert bodywork in a setting that still feels relaxed, personal and welcoming.
