Myofascial Release with Hot Thai Herbal Compress is a deeply restorative treatment designed to ease tension, improve mobility, and support overall wellbeing. This treatment combines targeted myofascial release techniques such as holding, stretching and twisting with the soothing warmth of a traditional Thai herbal compress to help relax tight fascia, soften stubborn areas of restriction, and encourage the body to let go of built-up stress.
It is ideal for clients who experience muscular tightness, postural strain, stress-related tension, or a general sense of stiffness and fatigue.
This treatment is for 60 minutes, during consultation we will discuss what areas to work on to get the most benefit out of the treatment. There is no real set sequence or order with fascia release as our fascia is one web of connective tissue that covers our entire body.
