The Meno Studio is a specialist wellness studio dedicated to supporting women through perimenopause and menopause.
Using a holistic approach, I help women manage the physical and emotional changes that occur during this stage of life through lymphatic therapies, advanced skin treatments, fascia release, movement/diet guidance and menopause coaching.
My aim is simple: to help women feel confident, comfortable and energised in their changing bodies.

The Meno Confidence Programme (8-12 Weeks)
This starts with the ‘track, tweak and treat’ method. We first have to have a detailed consultation to find out about you, your concerns and what the symptoms are you most want to address. We then track your current lifestyle, to see where we could improve and what some realistic targets could be in our time together. We then make some tweaks to your lifestyle, things that are manageable to address in your current day to day that could start to help you. We then treat the symptoms using a personalised treatment plan, with things such as, non surgical facelifts, lymphatic drainage, wood therapy, skin peels, fascia release and sculpting facials.
